• Order cut off time is 12:00 daily.
• Order received and confirmed* from 00:00 to 11:59 between Mondays and Saturdays will be delivered on the same day.**
• Ordered received and confirmed* from 12:00 to 23:59 between Mondays and Saturdays will be delivered on the next working day.**
• No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.
*Users who have settled payments via AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, FPS and PayMe should present the payment proof and the responding Order ID to our customer service at +852 9882 5211 to confirm the order. Our customer service officer will confirm the delivery schedule with you accordingly.

• Free delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and The New Territories.
- About Delivery Service to Special Locations
• Delivery service to special locations will be made once per week on Fridays.
• Order placed on or before Thursdays (before 11:59) will be delivered on the coming up Friday. Order placed on Thursdays (after 12:00) will be delivered on the following Friday.
• If the specific Friday happens to be a public holiday, deliveries will be arranged on the next Friday.
• Additional delivery fees will apply to special locations including but not limited to Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands.
• Delivery Service Charging Scheme per location within the below areas:
• Ma Wan: HK$100
• Discovery Bay: HK$200
• Outlying Islands (including Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau): HK$200
- About Local Pickup
• Pickup Location: Gusteau’s Showroom located at Unit 10, 20/F, Block B, Wah Tat Industrial Center, 8 Wah Shing Street, Kwai Chung, N.T. (by Appointment Only).
• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup during our operation hours between Mondays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
